The website "Redeem Admin" (hereinafter the "Site") is the exclusive property of WOSRedeem.
The Site provides management tools and redemption services for digital gift codes related to gaming platforms.
WOSRedeem is not affiliated with Century Games.
These General Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website "Redeem Admin". The Site provides automated redemption services specifically for Whiteout Survival (WOS) gift codes. By accessing and using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not access or use the Site.
The Site provides functionality to manage, track, and redeem gift codes for various gaming services. It serves as an administrative interface for gift code distribution and redemption monitoring.
To access the administrative features of the Site, you are required to create an account. When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Unauthorized access to administrative panels is strictly prohibited.
Accounts without an active subscription that remain inactive for 6 months will be automatically deleted. Account deletion may include associated player, gift-code, and redemption data, subject to any legal retention obligations described in our Privacy Policy.
Availability: The availability of services, features, and supported games is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit access or discontinue features at our discretion.
Usage Policy: Users must use the tools provided in a manner that complies with the Terms of Service of the respective game developers and platforms. Abuse of automated redemption tools may lead to account suspension.
No Sales: The Site itself does not sell gift codes. Any codes redeemed through our tools are subject to the terms of the original issuer.
We make every effort to ensure that the information on the Site is accurate and up-to-date. However, we make no warranties or representations as to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information on the Site. Your use of any automated service provided by this Site is at your own risk.
The WOSRedeem Discord bot is an optional companion feature that lets authorized Discord server members run gift-code, alert, player-management, player-name, and history commands from Discord. By inviting, configuring, or using the bot, you agree to follow these Terms, Discord's own terms and policies, and any rules set by the Discord server where the bot is installed.
Server authorization and permissions: You must have the right to invite and configure the bot in the Discord server. Server owners and administrators are responsible for granting only the Discord permissions needed for the bot to work, controlling which channels the bot can view and post in, and choosing any configured bot manager user or role IDs.
Responsible command use: You must not use the bot to spam, harass, overload channels, bypass access controls, scrape data, impersonate others, submit false or malicious gift codes, or disrupt Discord, WOSRedeem, Whiteout Survival, or other users. You must not use self-bots, user-bots, compromised accounts, or other unauthorized automation to interact with the bot.
Third-party platform rules: Discord may change, restrict, suspend, or remove access to applications, APIs, bot features, servers, channels, or accounts under its own policies. WOSRedeem is not responsible for Discord outages, API changes, permission changes, moderation actions, or decisions made by Discord or by Discord server staff.
Bot messages and data: /gift-codes, /gift-codes-full, alert test messages, and gift-code alert deliveries may be visible to members who can access the Discord channel where they are posted. Premium management, history, and player command responses are sent ephemerally to the command runner, but bot use may still create, update, or delete WOSRedeem tenant records and tenant logs. Do not submit player IDs, player names, gift codes, or operational information through Discord unless you are authorized to share and process that information for the relevant group and server members. Data handled through the bot is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
Removal or suspension: We may limit, suspend, or remove bot access when we reasonably believe that use of the bot violates these Terms, creates operational risk, causes abuse, or conflicts with third-party platform rules. Removing the bot from Discord does not automatically delete your WOSRedeem account, subscription, tenant data, tenant logs, or legally retained records. Deleting the Discord integration from WOSRedeem removes the configured Discord integration data subject to backups, audit logs, and legal retention obligations described in our Privacy Policy.

All content on the Site, including but not limited to layout, design, text, logos, and software code, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any of this content without express written permission from WOSRedeem .
PayPal processes recurring subscription payments on our behalf. When you subscribe, you are redirected to PayPal and also agree to PayPal’s applicable terms and privacy policy. Canceling renewal stops future charges but does not automatically refund the current paid period, and access remains available through its paid-through date. The Site may also contain links to third-party game developer websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these external websites.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, mirroring the origin of the base policy framework.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Paris, France, unless otherwise mandated by local consumer protection laws.
