Every WOSRedeem bot command, who can run it, and which ones need premium.

Who can run what

A bot manager is a member with Manage Server, Manage Channels, Manage Roles or Administrator permission, or a user or role ID added on the Discord integration page.

  • /help/gift-codes/gift-codes-full

    Anyone in the server.

    Manage Server or Administrator only. Bot manager IDs do not count here.

Gift-code commands

  • /help

    Show the available bot commands and action buttons.

    Use it when you want the button panel for common bot actions.

  • /gift-codes

    List currently valid Whiteout Survival gift codes.

    The reply is visible in the channel, so members can claim active codes.

  • /gift-codes-full

    List known gift codes with their current valid or expired status.

    Check it before submitting a code, to see whether it is already tracked.

Setup and status

All plans
  • /link <code>

    Link this Discord server to the WOSRedeem group that issued the temporary code.

    Copy the complete command from the Discord integration page. The code expires after 30 minutes and works once. Discord replies privately with a confirmation, or explains why it could not link the server.

  • /set-current-channel-alerts

    Send future new-code alerts to the channel where you run it.

    The bot sends a test message first, then saves the channel only when it can post there.

  • /group-info

    Show a private summary of the WOSRedeem group linked to this server.

    Only you see the reply. You can also select Group Info after running /help.

    What the summary shows
    • Premium status: Subscribed with the plan name and subscription holder, Referral program, Trial, Unlimited access, or Free.
    • Imported players compared with the group's player limit.
    • The number of different regions found in those players.
    • The number of invalid players.
    • The Discord server name and server ID.
    • The WOSRedeem admin username and the usernames of web moderators.
    • A ⚠️ warning when the group is over its player limit or has invalid players.

Player commands

Premium
  • /manage-group

    Open premium group management buttons inside Discord.

    Use it when you prefer buttons and forms over typing each command.

  • /list-players

    List the players configured for auto redeem, with their ID, saved name, and state or region.

    Only you see the reply, because it includes player IDs. Invalid players are marked with ⚠️ after the saved name, or on their own when no name is saved.

  • /player-add <player_id> <region> [name]

    Enable auto redeem for one player in a region, with an optional saved name.

    Player ID: 7 to 10 digits. Region: a positive number. Name: 1 to 30 printable characters.

  • /player-edit-name <player_id> <player_name>

    Edit the saved display name for one configured player.

    Use 1 to 30 printable characters. The player must already belong to your group.

  • /player-remove <player_id>

    Remove one player from auto redeem.

    For a player who left the group, changed region, or should stop receiving automatic claims.

History and submissions

Premium
  • /history <code>

    Show redemption history for a gift code over the last 30 days.

    The reply is private and lists the redemption status of each player in your group.

  • /add-new-gift-code <gift_code>

    Submit a new Whiteout Survival gift code for review.

    Submit only the code text. Codes that are already valid are rejected as duplicates.
